And, recently, outside. And there's permanent CCTV on Lôn Parcwr. But, this week, we see a first for Rhuthun/Ruthin: a new town CCTV system that isn't transitory.

It's purpose appears to be to thwart those who leave littering and fly-tipping but it could equally deter dog fouling and even pavement parking. (The location often has a vehicle there, which makes it difficult for pedestrians to see traffic on the road.)
