Here's an interesting image. Patrons at W & G Jones's café are told that the entrance off Well Street is indeed just that: the entrance. But, those who may be tempted to use the door to get out will presumably only realise they shouldn't've till after they've left. For the 'No Exit' sign is on the wrong side of the door.
(OK, we can only presume that there's also appropriate signage on the café side.)
