Ocean Pearl may have opened almost immediately after the flood, but Tommy's has taken things more slowly. Arguably, Tommy's will be the better for it. Tommy's sustained the usual damage but, given the absorbent fabric lining the walls, the damage spread. Gone is the soft wall effect in favour of mirrors on both sides. And, Tommy's has taken the advantage of doing other tins during the closure, like repainting its upper storey window surrounds black.
