Tesco—Your Response Required

We acknowledge that Tesco opened in Rhuthun/Ruthin five years ago this very month…

As we said back in 2005 and subsequently amended,

"This blog started as a way of trying to measure and record the way in which the small market town of Rhuthun/Ruthin would change and subsequently has changed, since Tesco… [The blog] merely tries to document the effect such a development will have on the town. It's a sort of up-to-date yet historical project... chronicling developments but with some speculation. Ideal blog material, in fact.

"Eventually, this site should be able to answer the question 'What is the future of Rhuthun/Ruthin, in Tesco's hands?'”

And, indeed, it's time right now to try to answer that very question. But, it *has* been five years. Blog readers back then were fewer in number. The expanded readership may no longer care about Tesco or the town or both. Indeed, now we concentrate little on the supermarket responsible for the blog's very genesis.

So, before attempting to answer the question, I'd like your help. Before I launch forth, what do *you* think of Tesco and its impact? Of course you may add comments below as you see fit. Or, equally importantly, please consider answering the short questionnaire. I may not have asked all the right questions, so there's optional space to fill if you want to get typing. Otherwise, the survey's all multiple choice and I hope it's easy to complete.
