Advent Calendar

When I last wrote, the coronavirus had got hold of our household. Yesterday, one of us tested negative yet, today, the same person is faintly positive. How does that work? 

Whatever.

It means we continue to separate and we have flung open every available door and window. We're like an advent calendar on December 24th. On Thursday, yesterday morning, it was actually cold... in spite of the promised warmth. Yes, I layered up and even treated myself to a hot water bottle. And, no telly for the past week, as the patient has priority in the living room. 

Reported today is a 29 per cent leap in covid-19 infections in the last week. It's getting to the point where I no longer know anyone who has *not* suffered in some way, somehow.
