The Denbighshire Free Press announces that there will again be free-after-3 p.m. parking in Denbighshire car parks from this Saturday, November 21st. It's a great offer but we nevertheless remain to be convinced as to its efficacy (not that we've measured usage in may years. Time was when we did).
The good old Free Press uses a picture of a full car park to illustrate its story. Full car park? That couldn't possibly be Rhuthun/Ruthin, then. But where is it? Look a little closer and you'll see that the shot is of Yr Wyddgrug/Mold which, of course, is not in Denbighshire. Also, note the 'Know where you live' picture on the right, which includes a (very non-Denbighshire) bus lane.
