On Friday, it was wet. On Saturday, it was very wet. And this was the result at about 3pm on Saturday. At Tesco, where the relatively new enclosed entrance joins the main building, there sprang several leaks, all of which were merrily dripping like defrosting ice cream in a steady torrent as if some minor waterfall. Buckets were an added hazard (and they weren't really doing much because they couldn't be across the entire entrance), especially for those who "ducked" quickly into the store to get out of the storm.
