Seen this afternoon at 1.30 p.m. parked across the footway in Clwyd Street are these two vans from OES of Dinbych. They obstruct the pavement to the extent that a parent with buggy or a wheelchair could not navigate past. They are by no means the first to do so but the irony here is that one of the most bitter critics (on Facebook) of poorly parked council vehicles works for OES...
