The Rover Sports Register this year chose Rhuthun/Ruthin for its June 2016 tour. Yesterday, owners in 1930s dress walked around town on their own treasure hunt before departing in their period Rover cars for lunch at the 50s museum at Dinbych's Cae Dai Trust.
Their presence added considerably to the bustle associated with a summer Saturday morning and resulted in some admiring looks and appreciative comments. The company stayed overnight in Rhuthun. Most of their vehicles were from the 1930s, 1940s or 1950s.
