We continue our look at the changing face of Rhuthun, once again on Clwyd Street.As closed beauty salon Sun Tân re-opened at the weekend as beauty salon Blossom’s, so Project 2 leisure clothing closed. Project 2 occupied the formerly empty Ragazzi shop. Project 2 only opened in early October 2007. It lasted barely seven months. We aren’t sure whether the withdrawal of six months’ worth of business rate relief had a bearing.
These and earlier recorded changes continue to illustrate the turbulent times we see in Rhuthun.
