Oops! I am grateful to the anonymous commenter who points out that the Bryant Homes sales shed at Glasdir is a recycled import from an Alexandra Court development in Manchester! It appears the company won't be using that name for its Rhuthun development. If true, that might come as a relief to the people of Rhuthun.

The same commenter suggests the Rhuthun development is to be named Rhuthun Parc. If there’s anyone from Taylor Woodrow/Bryant Homes reading this, not wishing to split hairs, but why not the linguistically more accurate Cymraeg/Welsh Parc Rhuthun? One wouldn't call her majesty's residence "Palace Buckingham", now would one.
