Birchall Renewal

He's given it a thorough try. Birchall Reality has been at the old cinema, Well Street, for a year.

But his shop closed on Saturday. All that's left within is a vacuum cleaner.

Not giving the game away: this has been in the window for three weeks

There's lots to love about Birchall Reality, like the clever inventive name. And we like his window notices. The latest is at pains to point out that the business is relocating, not closing. Oddly it doesn't say where they're relocating to.

There's more whimsy at the Birchall Reality website. Given that their 2022 accounts show nil employees, the front page suggests that they have large offices:

The Old Cinema? Or a multinational client?

The good natured mischievousness continues. They have a client who appears to be working her keyboard with hands and a knee. Perhaps the laptop is about to slip off the table. I tried this position to see whether the posture was beneficial but I can safely say that it gets very uncomfortable in a very short time:

Practising callanetics?

To complete the eccentric feel is the spread of areas they serve:

There's nothing like being optimistic. This includes all of North Wales. Resourcefully, there's a unique page for each of the towns shown. If you're in Pwllheli, for example, it reads thus:

We had to look up where the A499 was. It's from Abersoch to south of Caernarfon. Apparently

It's great to see a local person seemingly doing so well that he is moving to get more space. We wish the good-humoured Birchall Reality every success in its new home, wherever that may be. (It's actually still on Well Street but a little out of view i.e. above street level.)
