I have been challenged on what I said this morning about parking and am happy to set the record straight. Under today's graph, it was incorrect of me to say that inflation since 2016 had reduced the cost of parking in real terms *by* 69 per cent. What I should've said was that inflation has reduced the cost of parking *to* 69 per cent of its 2016 level in real terms. Please accept my apologies. I have altered the original post.
