It's simply piece of punctuation but is Y Bedol justified in applying it to the sentence on the front page of its April 2023 edition?
Might the page be improved were the question mark to disappear? Surely, we all know without question that the sentence is a fact and doesn't need debate. In any case, we think that, grammatically, this is not interrogative (and therefore not semantically a question at all).
Apart from the cover, there appears nothing more within to be said about 'The best lace to live in Wales'.
