After the PR disaster for zero out of five for its food hygiene, Ruthin Castle has bounced back to four out of five. Given the importance of the Castle to the town, that is a relief. It's been five, before but generally three.
When rated zero, at least the management gave a commitment to improve (unlike the other zeros in North Wales). The other Rhuthun/Ruthin food business rated zero in November 2022 at the same time as the The Ruthin Castle was the White Horse, Llanfair. This remains at zero.
