We hear informally that there are plans for Nantclwyd y Dre. This may (or may not) be part of so-called levelling up funding but they are interesting nevertheless.
One idea is to convert the currently unused west wing of the house into two holiday lets. This is a good idea, as it would bring in revenue. In fact, we can't think of a nice spot among the quietude of the Lord's Garden.
Then, there are plans for the summerhouse, a structure that basically needs underpinning. In the process, it's said there'd be some sort of kiosk on the ground floor, selling drinks and snacks. We're less sure about that: it would need staffing and the numbers visiting the house and garden, let's face it, are not huge. No one would wander out in the rain.
