We expect that Tesco's 15th anniversary (today) will go unmarked by the company and be forgotten by the people of Rhuthun/Ruthin. The fact that few if any in Rhuthun will mark this occasion probably means that those who shop there take Tesco for granted... and those that don't no longer see Tesco as the national threat they once did.
In any case, the hot news in grocery retailing is the discounters, which have usurped Tesco.
