J's Barbers recently moved one unit up Clwyd Street from these premises. This left a gap. But not for long. This week there appeared newspapers adorning the former J's shop windows, below. Its new occupants who are preparing to occupy? A hair salon.
Wot, another one? Sure is. Better than an empty shop but, nevertheless, Rhuthun/Ruthin does have a larger than expected proportion of this type of shop. If women can support such a number, it does demonstrate the town's prosperity.
