There was me thinking that cupcakes reached their peak four years ago. New to Rhuthun/Ruthin, nevertheless, on Wernfechan, in the former Alison's beauty salon (Josephine's prior to that) is Delightful Cupcakes. It began trading on November 8th 2014 and signage went up on January 25th. It has a small sit in café with three tables. It's kept in the family. Delightful's mother was Alison and Delightful's father runs the chip shop next door. Fair play to the youngster for giving this a go.
