Glasdir Mini-update

Taylor Wimpey continues its marketing push for its Glasdir site with the erection this week of several non-standard direction signs with phone number. There's a smaller Taylor Wimpey sign with arrow attached to the Loggerheads boundary sign and one of these larger efforts at each of the pubs at the We Three Loggerheads and The Griffin, Llanbedr DC.

 

Between these two are a couple of the usual standard yellow signs. Interesting, isn't it, how Glasdir is now singed so far away from Rhuthun/Ruthin when the usual practice seems to be to sign local destinations very locally. If people are visiting the celebrated Craft Centre, for example, they expect to follow "Rhuthun" till they reach the town and only then is there local signage to the site itself.
