Case Study

A large number of Ysgol Brynhyfryd students wandered around Rhthun yesterday, on a geography field trip. They apparently were looking at Rhuthun as a case study for urban growth and decay. The students will have seen much evidence of both. Their conclusions would no doubt make interesting reading.

A little over a week ago, there was a load of students from Merseyside, doing the same thing. Does Rhuthun make an interesting town for research? If so, is it a good example of a strong local economy or a weak one? Perhaps we can expect a new type of inquisitive educational tourist and perhaps that's why we see a second speciality sweet shop to cater for them.
