The Iorrie Foulkes memorial seat arrived in Rhuthun St Peter’s Square on Sunday. Town councillor and character, Iorrie Foulkes was both well known and well liked. He died suddenly in October 2006, aged 72. His faithful dog often followed him around town. Strangely, the dog would vault the fence at Cae Ddol play area, then run up the slide the wrong way and down the steps. His dog was as much a character as he was.
