Incredibly, B & M Bargains now opens up to 9 pm on weeknights. This from September 12th. Not that the official sign or website say so. It was in 2017 that they extended opening from 6 to 8 pm.
Looking online and there are sites out there to give you opening times of various businesses. They're not necessarily accurate and we retrieved this yesterday from storelocate.co.uk, which appears to show the original opening times when B & M started in Rhuthun/Ruthin... in 2008.

The tally of businesses open Monday to Saturday evenings is now as follows and there's quite a choice. Compare this to the Kwik Save days when the Co-op (then on the Square) opened 'late' to 8 pm and that was your only choice for significant after hours grocery shopping in town. There was also Borthyn Stores and Dyffryn Services, offering only a limited range.
