Wildcatz (shoes) is no longer Wildcatz, though it continues to trade and there remains a tie-in. It's under new ownership, as the former proprietrix is concentrating on her Yr Wyddgrug/Mold business. They do share stock, though. Also within are a number of items for Bijou, pending that store's move next to Wildcatz.

Hoethe Kitchens has finally closed. In its place, Compass Financial has moved across the road from its former Gareth Lynch jewellery premises.
Greyhound Rescue has closed its Clwyd Street premises. This leaves
three permanent charity shops in town. We've said before that this shop is something of an
unusual find... or was.
