We already knew that the Tandoori has scored zero out of five in a May 2017 hygiene inspection. What we didn't know was reported in this week's Denbighshire Free Press:
- There were old rodent droppings under equipment and tables.
- Chicken was stored on the floor.
- The manager "does not recognise or accept the need for food safety and hygiene controls".
- There was little or no technical knowledge (of food preparation & hygiene).
- There was a risk of cross-contamination.
