Car parking charges in Rhuthun reduced last week, halving the headline hourly fee from 40p to 20p. No one likes paying for car parking and it’s certainly been contentious in Rhuthun, especially during the run up to and aftermath of Tesco’s opening. 40p really wasn't so bad. Now, though, can anyone honestly complain at paying 20p for an hour’s town centre parking?
