Top of Town

Tesco sponsored this year’s Top of Town, the culmination of the Ruthin Festival. It features live music and from 2 p.m. is family friendly, attracting 3,000 people that afternoon and evening. Top of Town, however, has turned itself into a beer swilling orgy, an excuse for a p*ss up and loutish behaviour. Has Tesco done its homework?
