That's already a five per cent difference, between Rhuthun and the lowest price in the area. As we've said almost to the point of absurdity, Rhuthun residents need to travel. It's in the nature of the town, its size and location.
Or is it that people wish to move to Rhuthun to take advantage of what we have on offer and they therefore *have* to travel?
